The tournament is designed for non-professional couples (Am-Am), for semi-professional couples, where one of the dancers is a pro and the other one is an amateur (Pro-Am). Any couples, including professional (Pro-Pro), are allowed to participate in the Prize Pool and Feedback & Joy categories.
The tournament presents three age groups to choose from: A (up to 35 years old), B (36-50), C (51 and older). Dancers from older groups can register in both their own and younger groups.
In addition, in the categories "Salon Tango", "Tango Vals", "Tango Milonga", "Tango Mix", it is possible to choose a tentatively recommended level depending on the experience of Tango; it can also be based on the more experienced partner in a pair:
- beginner (up to 1,5 years)
- intermediate (up to 3 years)
- advanced (unlimited)

In the category "Tango Show" one dance is performed, in the category "Tango Mix" 3 dances are performed.
In all other categories, participants in each round perform 2 music performances in a row. By the decision of the chief judge, the number of music performances in the round can be changed.

Dancers over 18 years old are all allowed to participate.
Registration for the tournament is possible in different categories at the same time, both with one or with different partners.

DESCRIPTION OF THE CATEGORIES FOR THE COMPETITION
"Salon Tango”, “Tango Vals”, “Tango Milonga”, “Milonguero”, “Tango Mix”, “Tango Nuevo”.
Couples move within the ronda without surpassing each other. Movements contrary to the dancing line is prohibited. Couples respect other couples dancing next to them without oppressing the other couple's space. At the same time, it is necessary to maintain movement within the ronda. In all categories, except for "Tango-Nuevo", it is recommended to keep a close distance between the dancers in a pair and not to use dancing elements that go beyond the space of the pair, for example, a high boleo.
The music is selected by the organizers depending on the category and it includes 2-3 compositions in each round.
In the "Tango Mix" category, couples dance 3 dances with the music of tango, tango vals and tango milonga. ATTENTION: registration in this category is possible in case the person participates in these three categories: "Salon Tango”, "Tango Vals", "Tango Milonga".
In the "Milonguero" category, the participants switch pairs in the order unknown to them, but which is regulated by the organizers.
In the "Tango-Nuevo" category, participants can use any elements, including supports, high boleos, hug breaks, as long as it does not put in danger couples around them.
In the "Tango Show" category, couples show in advance prepared choreography to the music chosen on their own. The melody must not last more than 4 minutes and must be sent to the DJ before the end of the registration time for this category. Each couple shows their choreography on the dance floor separate from other participants.
"Feedback & Joy"
The general name for the non-competitive categories where couples do not get places for their performances. The jury members give written feedback in their preferred language, which is then handed over to couples. The format of the "Feedback & Joy" categories are conducted following the rules of the competition categories with the same name.
"Prize Pool" category, a unique category in which the prize pool is collected by the participants during the registration. ATTENTION! 50% of the registration cost in this category goes to the collection of the total prize fund!
The prize pool is distributed among the pairs of winners as follows:
1st place 50%
2nd place 30%
3rd place 20%
You can register in the "Prize Pool" format for the categories "Prize Pool, Tango Show" and "Prize Pool, Salon Tango". These categories are not divided into levels. The rest of the rules coincide with the competition categories with the same name.
In the "Tango Fantasía" category, participants, just like any other group categories, perform dance improvisation to traditional tango music. Participants respect other couples and keep the ronda. At the same time, you can use any elements, including jumps, supports, soltads, high boleos, etc. The only limitation is the safety of other participants. In the given category, participants should be particularly attentive to the ronda and should always keep their distance.
Cancellation and refund policies.
1. In case of refusal to participate more than 14 days before the event, the refund is made in full, with the exception of 5% spent on acquiring;
2. In case of refusal to participate less than two weeks before the event, a refund is possible with deducting costs associated with the organization of the performers in the event, up to 100% of the amount.
3. In case of refusal to participate in the event, it is possible to transfer the total amount to another IATU event organized in cooperation with the IPADO.

Регистрация на месте необходима не менее чем за час до начала вашей категории.

Турнир рассчитан на непрофессиональные пары (Am-Am), на полупрофессиональные пары, где один из танцоров профи, другой любитель (Pro-Am). В категории Price Pool допускаются пары любого уровня, в том числе профессиональные (Pro-Pro).
На турнире представлены три возрастные группы на выбор: А (до 35 лет), В (36-50 ), С (51 и старше). Танцоры более старших групп могут регистрироваться как в своей, так и в младших группах.
Кроме того, в категориях "Танго для танцпола", "Танго-Вальс", "Танго-Милонга", "Танго Mix" возможно выбрать условно рекомендуемую уровннь в зависимости от стажа в танго и определяется в паре по более опытному партнеру:

К участию допускаются танцоры старше 18 лет.
Регистрация на турнир возможна в разных категориях одновременно, как с одним, так и с разными партнерами.

ОПИСАНИЕ КОНКУРСНЫХ КАТЕГОРИЙ
"Танго для Танцпола", "Танго-Вальс", "Танго-Милонга", "Милонгеро", "Танго Mix", "Танго-Нуэво".
Пары двигаются в ронде не обгоняя друг друга. Движение против линии танца запрещено. Пары относятся с уважением к танцующим рядом, не притесняя пространство другой пары. При этом необходимо поддерживать движение в ронде. Во всех категориях, кроме "Танго-Нуэво" рекомендуется сохранять близкое расстояние между танцорами в паре и не использовать фигуры, выходящие за пространство пары, например высокое болео. Музыка подбирается организаторами в зависимости от категории и включает в себя 2-3 композиции в каждом туре.
В категории "Танго Mix" пары танцуют 3 танца под музыку танго, танго-вальса и танго-милонги. ВНИМАНИЕ регистрация в этой категории возможна при условии участия в трех категориях:
"Танго для Танцпола", "Танго-Вальс", "Танго-Милонга".
В категории "Милонгеро" участники меняются парами в неизвестном для них порядке, регламентированным организаторами.
В категории "Танго-Нуэво" участники могут использовать любые элементы, в том числе поддержки, высокие болео, разрывы объятия, если это не создает опасности для окружающих пар.
В категории "Танго-Шоу" пары показывают заранее подготовленную хореографию под выбранную парой музыку. Мелодия не должна длиться более 4 минут и должна быть передана Диджею до окончания времени регистрации данной категории. Обязательно использовать флеш-карту с usb выходом и файл в формате mp3. Каждая пара показывает свою хореографию одна на танцполе, отдельно от других участников.
"Feedback & Joy"
Общее название для внеконкурсных категорий, где пары не получают места за свои выступления. Члены жюри дают письменную обратную связь на предпочтительном для них языке, котороя в последствии выдаётся парам на руки. Категории формата "Feedback & Joy" проходят по правилам одноименных конкурсных категорий.
Категория "Prize Pool", уникальная категория, в которой призовой фонд формируется участниками во время регистрации. ВНИМАНИЕ! 50% от стоимости регистрации в этой категории идет на формирование общего призового фонда!
Призовой фонд распределяется между парами победителей следующим образом:
1 место 50%
2 место 30%
3 место 20%
Зарегистрироваться в формате "Prize Pool" можно в категориях "Prize Pool, Танго-Шоу" и "Prize Pool, Танго для танцпола". В этих категориях нет разделения на уровни. В остальном правила совпадают с одноименными конкурсными категориями.
В категории "Танго Фантазия (Tango Fantasía)" участники, как и в других групповых категориях танцуют импровизацию под традиционную музыку танго. Относятся с уважением к другим парам и соблюдают ронду. При этом можно использовать любые элементы, в том числе прыжки, поддержки, сольтады, высокие болео и другие. Ограничением является безопасность участников. В этой категории необходимо особенно быть внимательным к ронде и соблюдать дистанцию.

Правила отмены регистрации и возврата средств.
1. При отказе от участия более, чем за 14 дней до мероприятия, возврат средств осуществляется в полном объёме, за исключением 5% эквайринга;
2. При отказе от участия менее, чем за две недели, возврат средств возможен за вычетом фактически понесённых расходов на организацию участия выступающих в событии, вплоть до 100% суммы (ст. 782 ГК РФ);
3. При отказе от участия в текущем событии, возможен перенос всей суммы на другое мероприятие IATU в сотрудничестве с IPADO.
