and the Obelisco. 4 blocks to Rivadavia Ave, the subway line C, and Congress Building. 2 blocks to Callao Ave. surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. Close to Colon Opera Theatre.

The
entire apartment receives a great natural light during most daylight
hours because of the many french doors that lead to french balconies.
Everything is freshly painted.

Sleeps up to 5 people. Everyone loves the location!

The dining living room area is a combination of polished concrete and natural hardwood, 2
chandeliers, sofa couch, color television, stereo, chairs for 4, and
breakfast table. Desk with pc and internet connection in a small office
on a 2nd level. The kitchen is independent and equipped with fridge,
gas oven, microwave oven and kitchen utensils. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, armoires, garment hanging racks, and bedside tables. Bathroom complete with lion claw old stlye bathtub and the modern shower fixtures.

June, July and August are wonderful months to visit Buenos Aires. Airline ticket are extremely low just now, no need to worry about air conditioning for the milongas, and you actually can find space to move on the floors. More opportunities to dance with the portenos.
